2-year warranty
All GIGI Tools instruments come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Defects in materials and workmanship, such as joints, springs, ratchets or tips that fail under normal clinical use.
What is not covered
- Normal wear, such as blunting of cutting edges over time.
- Damage from misuse, dropping, using an instrument for a purpose it was not designed for, or incorrect cleaning and sterilisation.
- Instruments that have been modified, re-sharpened or repaired by someone else.
How to make a claim
- Email gigitools@gmail.com or WhatsApp +60 14-927 0570 with your order number, a description of the problem and a photo.
- We will review your claim and explain the next steps.
- If the claim is approved, we will repair or replace the item, or refund it if a replacement is not available.
This warranty does not affect your rights under Malaysian consumer law.
