7-day returns
You can return items within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original state: unused, undamaged and in the original packaging with all parts and accessories.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, instruments that have been used, sterilised or modified cannot be returned, unless they are faulty (see our Warranty).
Return shipping
The cost of returning an item is paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
How to start a return
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at gigitools@gmail.com or +60 14-927 0570 with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the items back in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
Faulty or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us right away and we will put it right. Manufacturing defects are also covered by our 2-year warranty.
