The 14-piece Bernard Elevator Set is built for luxating and elevating roots, fragments and impacted teeth during extractions and oral surgery. The low-profile, spade-like tip slides into the periodontal ligament space so you can use leverage to expand the alveolar bone and sever ligament attachments.
